I got all I wanted and found excellent value for money. the room was brand-new and top-notch, and the breakfast was scrumptious. the location was magnificent, overlooking the sea, and adjacent to Eastbourne with plenty of buses running right past the door.

It was excellent value for money with a nice décor. The hotel was in a central setting right on the sea shore. Besides, we were very close to seafront at Rottingdean, Rottingdean which was around 97 fantastic miles and the seashore.
